- Are they human hair? - yes 100% human hair
- Can I use heat?- yes with heat protect spray please!
- Can I colour them? - yes but only by competent colourists
- Do you accept returns? - yes 7 day hassle free returns
- Is there a restocking fee? - no
- Can I exchange for a different colour? -yes absolutely
- I want to order a bob lengths, is that possible? - we do custom bob lengths of 10-12 inches
- Do your systems damage hair? - no when worn correctly they're safe on hair
- How are they shipped? - we use Royal Mail tracked, packaged in water safe post bags
- Can I keep the free gifts if I return the hair? - yes! Our thank you to you for trying our products
- Do you do custom requests? - yes some customisation is accepted. These are non refundable
- Will these work if I have a fringe/bangs? - absolutely!
- Can I use glue/tape to hold this down? - you will need to add a silicone/PU strip to use tape/glue
- Are you in the UK? - yes we are

- Can I wash the hair? - of course! Wash guides are available here
- Do I have to get my exact colour right? -no! That's the beauty of these systems, you don't have to match the colour exactly
- Can I swim/gym in the hair system? -you can but we advise you just remove the system to get a better workout and do not swim in chlorinated water
- Can I sew this system on? - yes but we recommend removing the headband first. You can always add another later
- Is it safe to order online? - yes we built our business on Shopify and payments are encrypted
- Can I change the headband? The headband is fixed to the wig but you can add a decorative headband over the top to match your style. We have headbands here:
